Goalkeeper & Defence
Filip Jorgensen (6/10): Displayed good composure early on, handling a tricky back-pass. Unfortunately, an injury forced his substitution at halftime.
Malo Gusto (6/10): Active on the right flank, pushing forward and occasionally drifting central. However, his attacking contributions lacked decisive impact.
Wesley Fofana (6/10): Primarily involved in sideways passing within the Pafos half, seeing little defensive action as Chelsea dominated possession.
Benoit Badiashile (5/10): Started with wayward passes but improved. Missed a clear headed opportunity in the first half, though his superb backheel almost set up Estevao later.
Jorrel Hato (5/10): Showed flashes of defensive awareness but offered insufficient attacking threat. Should have tested the keeper more effectively with a first-half shot.
Midfield
Reece James (6/10): Had an early shot go wide. His corner kicks created some danger, but free-kick delivery was inconsistent. Replaced at halftime for a more attacking option.
Moises Caicedo (8/10): A commanding presence in midfield, controlling the tempo and pressing relentlessly. Denied multiple times by Gorter before finally breaking the deadlock with a well-deserved goal.
Enzo Fernandez (6/10): Showcased moments of creative flair in the final third, though without end product. Had a first-half header disallowed for a soft push.
Attack
Pedro Neto (6/10): Dangerous when cutting in from the right, delivering promising crosses that weren't capitalized on. Less influential after moving to a central role in the second half.
Liam Delap (3/10): Struggled immensely to get involved, his lack of movement a significant concern as Chelsea toiled to penetrate the defense.
Alejandro Garnacho (5/10): Engaged in a constant duel with Bruno Felipe. Contributed defensively but missed a good chance, blocked by Luckassen, before being substituted.
Subs & Manager
Estevao (7/10): An immediate impact substitute, testing Gorter and consistently unsettling the Pafos defense with his direct runs and skill.
Robert Sanchez (6/10): Had a quiet second half after coming on, largely untested but alert enough to clear a dangerous Pafos attack.
Joao Pedro (5/10): Came on for Delap but couldn't significantly alter Chelsea's attacking fortunes.
Jamie Gittens (6/10): Picked up a quick booking but displayed impressive footwork, nearly setting up further scoring opportunities.
Marc Cucurella (6/10): Provided a steady presence on the left flank after replacing Hato for the final twenty minutes.
Liam Rosenior (5/10): His team secured the win, but despite domination, Chelsea's lack of creative spark for extended periods was a major concern.
