MotoGP star Fabio Quartararo has stepped in to support former World Superbike champion Sylvain Guintoli by donating a special helmet for a charity raffle aimed at raising funds for children battling cancer.

MotoGP rider Fabio Quartararo has joined efforts to support Sylvain Guintoli and his ongoing charity work by donating a special-edition helmet for a fundraising raffle during this year’s British MotoGP at Silverstone.

The initiative is part of Guintoli’s wider campaign to raise money for children’s cancer charities PASIC and Young Lives vs Cancer, causes that became deeply personal to the former racer after the loss of his son Luca following a battle with cancer.

According to reports, Quartararo gifted Guintoli a unique test helmet that will be raffled off to fans during the British Grand Prix weekend. The French MotoGP star’s contribution adds another high-profile show of support from the motorcycle racing community, which has rallied around Guintoli and his family over the past year.

Guintoli, a former WorldSBK champion and ex-MotoGP rider, has been heavily involved in charity fundraising through auctions, awareness campaigns and endurance challenges. In recent months, he confirmed plans to run the 2026 London Marathon in full racing leathers alongside his daughters Alicia and Layla to continue raising funds for cancer support organisations.

The 43-year-old has also auctioned off racing gear from his endurance racing career, with proceeds going directly to charities helping children and families affected by cancer.

Quartararo’s latest gesture highlights the strong sense of unity within the MotoGP paddock, where riders and former competitors continue to support Guintoli’s mission both financially and emotionally.
