Estrella Galicia 0,0, the non-alcoholic beer brand produced by Spanish brewer Hijos de Rivera, is already MotoGP’s official beer and a long-standing partner of the championship. The company also serves as title sponsor of the Spanish Grand Prix in Jerez, and the addition of Brazil further strengthens its presence on the MotoGP calendar.
Hijos de Rivera CEO Ignacio Rivera described Brazil as a strategic market with a deep-rooted beer culture, highlighting the company’s long-standing local operations in the country. He added that supporting the Brazilian Grand Prix aligns with the brand’s commitment to motorsport and rider development.
MotoGP CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta welcomed the partnership, calling Estrella Galicia 0,0 a key supporter of the sport and its riders. He said the company’s involvement will help ensure a successful and high-profile return of MotoGP to Brazil.
The race weekend is expected to attract significant local attention, particularly with Brazilian rider Diogo Moreira set to compete in MotoGP for the first time on home soil. Moreira, a long-time Estrella Galicia 0,0-backed rider, enters the premier class in 2026 with LCR Honda after winning the 2025 Moto2 World Championship, becoming the first Brazilian to claim a Grand Prix world title.
Estrella Galicia 0,0 enjoyed a highly successful 2025 season across the paddock, with Marc Márquez securing the MotoGP title, Alex Márquez finishing second overall, and José Antonio Rueda winning the Moto3 championship. Many of these riders have been supported by the brand for more than a decade.
Ahead of the event, the Goiânia circuit must still receive final homologation from the FIM. A large-scale test event is planned as part of the approval process, though the confirmation of a major title sponsor provides strong confidence in the race’s delivery.
The 2026 Brazilian Grand Prix is expected to be a major celebration for MotoGP in South America, marking a historic return and setting the stage for a high-profile weekend of racing in Goiânia.
